Our national platform uniting institutions, associations and private companies enhances awareness of workplace health promotion as a successful business strategy. We promote WHP using incentives in order to achieve business and societal objectives more successfully.
KMU-vital – a programme for healthy businesses
The www.kmu-vital.ch
website contains information on workplace health promotion in small and
medium-sized enterprises (WHP in SMEs). We cooperate with cantonal
governments, insurance providers and other interested organisations to
implement the programme throughout Switzerland.
Intercantonal Cooperation on WHP – INKA-BGF
An intercantonal, multi-year focus programme on workplace health
promotion is to raise the awareness of private businesses and to
provide support.
National Workplace Health Promotion Conference
Our annual conference
targets leaders and specialists. Practice-oriented methods and examples
show how to cope better with multiple stress factors in the force-field
between job and private life.
