A label and seal of quality awarded to enterprises which take measures to optimize the organizational set-up, considering Workplace Health Management to be an integral part of general management.
KMU-vital
A toolbox for comprehensive workplace health promotion in small and medium-sized enterprises. After a starter-workshop with senior management, three modules help to analyse the situation in the company (two surveys and a health-circle) and six modules make it possible to deal with the problems identified by the analysis.

KMU-vital – a Web-based programme for workplace health promotion
Health Promotion Switzerland offers a free, Web-based programme for workplace health promotion. KMU-vital provides enterprises with a tried-and-tested, ready-to-use toolbox, which has already been successfully deployed by more than 300 SMEs in various sectors. Over 1'300 enterprises have already registered for the programme.

S-Tool – the stress barometer for your enterprise!
From mid-August 2010, Health Promotion Switzerland is offering a Web-based tool for the analysis of stressors and resources – as subjectively experienced – and of current employee well-being. The survey is available in several languages. The questionnaire is scientifically sound, based on recognized scales relevant to stress phenomena. S-Tool provides enterprises with automatically generated results at the departmental and company level.
