Swiss Model for Outcome Classification (SMOC)
Health Promotion Switzerland has elaborated, in collaboration with the Institute of Social and Preventive Medicine of Bern and Lausanne, a model of output planning and evaluation in the field of Health Promotion and Prevention. This instrument allows to measure and assess the outcome of health promoting projects.
